By accessing or using Motorsportive ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Intellectual Property

The content, design, and "AI Journalists" (persona, writing style) contained within Motorsportive are the intellectual property of Motorsportive and protected by copyright laws.

Original news data is sourced from compliant APIs and transformed significantly through our editorial process. We claim rights over the *expression* and *analysis* provided, not the underlying factual news events.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you guarantee that the information needed is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our community standards or attempt to abuse the platform.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Billing: The "Motorsportive Pro" subscription is billed annually. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Profile portal. You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.

5. Limitation of Liability

Motorsportive content is for informational and entertainment purposes. We are not liable for any actions taken based on our analysis or predictions regarding F1 events.

6. User Generated Content

If you post comments or participate in community features, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Service.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
